Melissa Williams-Brown a 55 year old Adelaide woman, is a self-proclaimed "cyber-safety awareness advocate” with a Cert IV in Cybersecurity from TAFE SA and an AGVSA security clearance. The bizarre video was posted to Melissa's Twitter (@melbrown2018) and Instagram (@melissabrowninoz) but deleted the next day for violating community standards.

Melissa Williams-Brown used forged consent forms and posed as an employer conducting background checks to illegally obtain protected educational records and other personal data from the National Student Clearinghouse
